Poems by Brother Ollie: the Tired Monk
Ollie! Nice to see you, kiddo. I love this. I can picture it all. I have heard that in the Maritimes every man has his "shed".......a man cave away from the wimmin. LOL. Cool idea. But I'd want my own shed, too.
Beer and wood smoke make for great poetry.Ha. As does seeing all the little details of life.
Such a wonderful take on the prompt :DLoved it!
smoke and songs flow out high over the neighbourhood..........that just grabbed me by the collar and made me say - Oh,Yeah
Hmmm. An interesting setting to take out a tablet or a pen ...
Hmmm, usually I understand how your poems fit a prompt; but this time I don't get how it fits the Midweek Motif prompt. I must be missing something. Explain?
a good ambiance for the word-flow :)
Can picture a swarthy kind of guy rushing in while smoke swirls above! Chilled beer that's what he is after! Great take Bro Ollie!Hank
I bet there's lots of poetry in smoke and songs. May the whole neighborhood hear, .
Sounds like a winter I know well.
Thanks for helping with the development of Olsonomics.
