Poems by Brother Ollie: the Tired Monk
Beautiful, I can feel the cold - and see it out my window. I love this one, Ollie! I love all your poems.
It's cold out there; 'specially in December. Really nice one.
I can feel that cold, even though it's not really cold here, our snow vanished under rain.
perfect! love it! great photo
December is quite alive and well in your verse, and huddling is all there is to do. Enjoyed.
Excellent use of alliteration, and the ending line comes after a really nice line effect. Great poem.
i agree with Adam, the ending is very well put..and i felt the cold from here! eventhough we have the sunniest winter ever where i come from..:)winter is cheering all of us up i guess..:)nice one shot!
Yup. That pretty much describes November. Especially in Canada. Love and Light, Sender
Snuggle in and keep warm, Ollie! Nice One Shot!
When the threshold is icy, it's apt to be the most treacherous. Tight write.
I like the sparse use of words for the sparse environment. Nicely done.
Tightly-constructed, theme-centric work.
Brrr. This one makes the old gonads recede. Nice one Olie.
Left shivering myself.. Well done!
