"Ready always ready." It is said, some Shaolin Monks train themselves to sleep standing up. Good post OO.
This is the way, isn't it? I appreciate what Human Paradox adds about sleeping standing up. And so I wonder, I think I understand importance in witnessing and being, but what of motion too?xoerin
