Poems by Brother Ollie: the Tired Monk
Struggling saints got soul!! Like a great singer, a great poet--struggling saints got soul!! This poem is message to them all.
Thank you brother poet.
The tired monk is right!Anna :o]
Heaven knows the saints need prayers. Thanks for reminding me! It is always good to read wisdom from the tired monk.
I imagine some saints are working overtime what with all the madness in the world. It's lovely to think of them being supported too.
Yes, very much to the heart of things here and so tenderly too..."little unbidden glimpses, prompts to prayfor struggling saints..." Terrific stuff!
Nice one. :)
Praying for land-dwelling is a very good thing.
I meant to say "land-dwelling souls". Sigh.
There must be many saints unsung.
...and being a saint they would not expect praise for doing their job!
Goodness is rare but wonderful. May the unsung saints be granted peace and love
Those prayers are such gifts for saints known and unknown.
I like the way this can be read with either a Catholic or a Protestant understanding of "saints." May the tired monk find refreshment in well doing.
Thanks for helping with the development of Olsonomics.
